Ploutos Help
Terms and conditions
The operating terms for using Ploutos, including account responsibilities, beta posture, and billing basics.
These terms describe the basic conditions for using Ploutos.
Product scope
Ploutos is a trade journaling and review product. It helps you organize, analyze, and review trading activity across supported workflows and provider connections.
Ploutos is not a broker, not an execution venue, and not investment advice.
Your account
You are responsible for:
- keeping your login credentials secure
- using accurate information when creating connections
- reviewing imported data before relying on it
- complying with the terms of any broker or platform you connect to Ploutos
Acceptable use
You may not use Ploutos to:
- break the law
- abuse or overload the service
- attempt unauthorized access to other users' data
- use provider integrations in a way that violates the connected platform's rules
Data and accuracy
Trade history, analytics, and derived insights depend on the quality of the underlying data you provide or sync.
Ploutos works to present that data faithfully, but you remain responsible for reviewing imports, synced fills, grouped trades, and any decisions you make from them.
Connections and third-party services
Ploutos may integrate with third-party platforms such as broker or journaling data providers.
- Those integrations can change, fail, or be limited by the third party.
- Access to some integrations may require specific permissions, paid plans, or delegated OAuth approval.
- Ploutos is not responsible for outages or policy changes imposed by third-party providers.
Beta posture
Some parts of Ploutos may be released as beta or private-beta functionality. Those areas can change quickly and may have rough edges while the product matures.
Pricing and billing
Ploutos may offer free access, trials, and paid plans.
- Paid features can change as the product evolves.
- Trials, renewals, and cancellations follow the billing flow shown in the product at the time of purchase.
- Failure to pay for a required paid plan can limit access to live sync or other paid capabilities.
Service availability
Ploutos aims for a reliable product experience, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Maintenance, provider outages, infrastructure incidents, or security events can affect access.
Changes
Ploutos may update these terms as the product, pricing, and operating model evolve. The current version will be reflected on this page.
