Ploutos Help
Pricing and Trials
Stay on Free while you judge the journal. Start Pro when manual trade handling is the thing slowing you down.
Start on Free if you are still deciding whether the journal itself is worth using.
Move to Pro when the real pain is no longer the review flow, but the repeated manual work around getting trades in.
Current plan limits
Free includes:
- 1 standard Ploutos account
- the Demo workspace
- manual trades and CSV imports for the most recent 60 days of standard-account history
- dashboard, filters, review notes, tags, ratings, screenshots, and chart previews inside that 60-day window
Pro includes:
- unlimited standard Ploutos accounts
- full trade history
- premium insights and decision briefs
- supported sync integrations: Rithmic, Tradovate / NinjaTrader, and Interactive Brokers Flex
- the same review and analytics surfaces without the Free history window
For Tradovate simulation accounts, choose the Demo environment. If an account is inactive, breached, or not visible in Tradovate, Ploutos may connect but discover no provider accounts until the account is active again.
Stay on Free if
- you are still judging the journal itself
- you want to test CSV import before you touch live sync
- you only need the most recent 60 days right now
- you do not yet know whether Ploutos fits how you trade
Free should answer the early questions without forcing you into billing too soon.
Start Pro when
- you already know which
Ploutos accountshould own the data - you are ready to use
Manage Connections - the manual path already makes sense and now you want to remove repeated work
What Pro changes in practice:
- supported sync integrations
- full trade history instead of the 60-day Free window
- more standard Ploutos accounts for separating eval, funded, and personal books
- less repeated importing by hand
- paid workflow access tied to the synced journal path
If your recurring thought is I do not want to keep moving trades around manually, you are close to the real Pro use case.
How the trial works today
At launch, Ploutos uses a 14-day Pro trial.
Current behavior:
- no credit card to start the trial
- live sync is available while the trial is active
- the trial is meant to be a real workflow test, not a fake preview
Managing billing
Open the profile menu and choose Account & billing to review your current plan.
If your subscription is managed through Stripe, the same screen can open the billing portal for payment methods, invoices, billing email, cancellation, and switching between monthly and yearly billing.
If you schedule cancellation, Pro stays active through the end of the current trial or billing period. You can resume from Account & billing before that date.
If a sync action sends you to pricing
That usually means the current plan does not include live sync.
Treat that as a pricing decision, not as proof that the connection path is broken.
The cleanest way to decide
If you are on the fence:
- use Free to import recent real history
- review trades for a few sessions
- start the trial when you need full history, more accounts, or live sync
That gives you a real before-and-after, not just a reaction to a pricing modal.
